Real Property Management recently held a Growth Summit in Denver for our franchises. This valuable one-day session was designed for the people responsible for business development, marketing or sales. Although Real Property Management conducts training sessions at our Annual Conferences and with online webinars, the depth of these sessions are necessarily limited by time constraints. By having a dedicated day on a specific topic, in this case, “Growth”, we had the freedom to really dive deep.
All the content was specifically designed for Real Property Management offices. Although some of the information might be available from other sources, such as Google conferences, it would not be tailored to our operation. Information presented included:
- Use advanced Google Analytics reporting for your website to fine-tune digital marketing efforts
- Get the most from your digital marketing agency
- Novel, but successful, ways to generate prospective customer leads
- Leveraging our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool for results reporting and evaluating your sales performance
As the name “Growth Summit” implies, the overall goal of the meeting was to educate attendees about ways to improve their marketing so their office can grow faster and be more efficient. In addition, attendees could ask a variety of questions about best practices, discuss time-saving ideas, and share successes and resolve issues with peers from other offices.
