As an owner, will I have training throughout this process?
New franchise owners are partnered with a Sure Start Business Coach to guide them through their launch. They also have a designated business coach to help them with any issues and opportunities that might arise after the initial launch timeframe. Extensive business operations and systems training are outlined in the Franchise Development Document (FDD). Training on the trade itself is not provided for you or your team members, but we can help guide you to the resources you may need.
