ERIC’S STORY

A career change can happen anytime, and for Eric and Christy Campbell, 27 years in healthcare and finance was the turning point. After conducting research on franchise ownership, Eric found that Neighborly® offered a strong support team, proven business process, and popular household brands, like Mr. Electric®. So in 2018, they launched a new location in Florida, Mr. Electric® of Lutz.

Together, Eric and Christy are building their business, focused on creating a long-lasting asset that will continue to meet their aspirations and benefit their family, including sons Anthony and Trevor. And with new advances from Neighborly®, including the rollout and growth of the company’s app, they believe their business will continue to hold court as one of the nation’s most trusted home services companies.

Before we opened, we met several franchisees. We visited their locations to see their day-to-day operations and they received us with open arms. These guys have become family.
