Question How has owning your business empowered you to give back?
Answer Philanthropy has always been a part of my life.  With running a business full time, I don't have as many volunteer hours personally anymore, but love that we have a Ms. Molly Foundation in which we can give back to our local community.  Also, there are many times when an employee needs a little extra help with a personal matter or financially and owning our own business allows us freedom to make a significant impact on their lives.

Answer Don't worry about the things you can’t control and focus on those things you can.
Question Least favorite household chore:
Answer Dusting and mopping. That is why we own a Molly Maid franchise!

Katrina’s Story

Like many franchise owners, Katrina Keith and her husband, Kevin, invested in their Molly Maid® franchise during a time of change. Kevin was laid off from a corporate job, and Katrina wanted her own business. They craved an opportunity with a recurring revenue stream and desired more time to spend with their children. The established Molly Maid model seemed perfect and purchasing an existing location met their need, so they invested with a loan from their retirement accounts. Today, they operate a successful franchise in Lewisville, Texas, with 42 employees.  

From giving back to the community to networking with other Neighborly® brand owners, they have fully embraced franchise ownership and continue to grow and manage their business. They added their daughter to the team as general manager, making their franchise a family business that exists to help other busy families.
