Greg’s Story

Greg Malone was working in the auto glass industry when Glass Doctor® reached out to him with the opportunity to launch his own business. After learning about Neighborly®’s franchise system and unique programs, Greg decided to seize the opportunity.

In 2020, he opened Glass Doctor Auto of Midvale and has watched his new business enjoy steady growth.

Part of what helps fuel Greg’s franchise success is learning from other franchise owners. “I’ve had owners schedule time out of their day to answer my questions or share documents with me,” Greg said. “That helped me understand my numbers, so I could forecast my business.”

Now, as an established franchise owner, he provides the same help to others. “I am able to talk to prospective owners about the franchise support and help give them a clear idea of how the first year goes as a new business owner and help them make an informed decision that will be best for their family,” Greg said.

The Neighborly’s proprietary program was my big selling point, I saw it as unique to the industry and something that really helps us to stand out and be a competitor on that national level.
