AARON’S STORY

Aaron Fischer had a career in real estate and was quite familiar with the cyclical nature of the industry. After hearing about the benefits of franchising from his uncle who launched his own business, Aaron was intrigued. Running his own company sounded like a welcome change from weathering the ebb and flow of a finicky real estate market. So when he saw a chance to purchase an established Neighborly® franchise, Aaron seized the opportunity.

In 2016, Aaron became the owner of Rainbow Restoration® of Richmond, explaining, “I wanted to build something with the support of the franchisor instead of reinventing the wheel.”

Now, Aaron is focused on building his business and says that when he looks ahead, there are two specific things that bring excitement: “Being able to help clients and customers build back their life after a disaster, and helping our team achieve their goals while building the company.”

Having the support of other franchise owners and franchise consultants to bounce ideas or struggles off is priceless.
