Tim’s Story

Before Tim Paino opened a HouseMaster® franchise, he developed and operated senior care communities. He wanted distance from the corporate world and to work for himself. He felt too young to retire, but too old to start from scratch. Franchising was the right fit. Tim enjoys seeing how his efforts directly impact business growth. Along the way, he’s turned to other franchise owners for advice and now finds it rewarding to do the same for others.

Tim was raised in a family business and, today, his wife and son work with him. If not for his HouseMaster franchise, Tim would probably be retired. But make no mistake: He’s glad to be right where he is because as a successful business owner, he now has time for work and his favorite hobbies which, not surprisingly, include working around the house.
