Cody Regan never set out to be a multi-brand, multi-location franchise owner. But building strong teams and dependable systems has always been second nature to him.
As U.S. military Veteran, Cody brings discipline, strategic thinking, and leadership to everything he does. His experience in IT and engineering led him to careers that he found fulfilling but didn’t offer the kind of work/life balance he wanted for his family. In 2018, Cody launched his first franchise business location in Arkansas and worked hard to make it a success. In the process, he soon recognized the power of the Neighborly franchise model when paired with strong execution. With comprehensive training, established systems, and brand support, he was quickly able to grow beyond a single territory and expand into multiple markets and brands.
Today, Cody is a multi-brand, multi-location owner, overseeing Aire Serv and Mr. Handyman franchises. His businesses are built on reliable service, strong local leadership, and a commitment to doing the job right.
But as a franchise business owner, what Cody values the most is the balance of structure and flexibility he has now.
