My sole job is to create worth for my employees.

The business has gotten bigger than I ever dreamt it would. I’ve become a better leader… than I ever dreamt I could have.

The franchise has gotten me to a balanced life. I used to work nonstop and now I have a team of 18-20 people that are working with me.

Justin Eimers didn’t know much about franchising when Glass Doctor® first reached out to him in 2008. Sixteen years later, he owns a thriving franchise that has grown far beyond his expectations.

What began as an opportunity to explore business ownership quickly became a platform for Justin to create value for his employees and make a meaningful impact in his community.

With a team of 18–20 professionals handling daily operations, Justin can focus on leadership and strategic growth. “My sole job is to create worth for my employees,” he says, emphasizing the importance of cultivating a positive and collaborative team culture. The business has expanded steadily, and Justin acknowledges, “The business has gotten bigger than I ever dreamt it would.”

Justin credits much of his success to the Neighborly® network, whose training, operational support, and marketing resources have empowered him to grow as a leader. “I’ve become a better leader because of the team around me,” he shares, reflecting on the personal growth that comes with franchise ownership. “The franchise has given me a balanced life,” he adds, noting how he no longer works nonstop and can focus on both his team and long-term business goals.

His accomplishments have been recognized with Neighborly Franchise Owner of the Year awards four times, underscoring how a strong franchise system, hard work, and a committed team can turn an entrepreneurial dream into a thriving, sustainable business.
