Answer My dad started his HVAC business over 20 years ago with a dream to apprentice people and to have his kids work alongside him. We joke about how he ran the business from a little black book, fearing the day the book came up missing. Converting to Aire Serv we have embraced all of the systems, becoming more efficient overall and allowing for growth in our team.
Question What's the most rewarding part of owning a franchise?
Answer The development that we've seen in our team—through customer service training and technology training. I think that's one of the most satisfying parts of being an Aire Serv owner is just seeing everyone grow.

Sarah’s Story

Sarah Boyce joined Aire Serv® while growing up in her father’s heating and air conditioning business in Newark, Delaware. With plenty of experience as an independent owner-operator, Ben Boyce knew exactly what was needed to take his family’s aspirations to the next level: aligning with a respected brand that had a robust network and offered the right systems, processes, and marketing support.

When a friend and Rainbow International Restoration® franchise owner suggested Ben consider converting his business into an Aire Serv franchise, he investigated what was possible with Neighborly®. Sarah started as an Aire Serv customer service representative, going to other owners’ offices and learning the ropes. Today, their business has 52 employees and continues to grow.
