Michael’s Story

Michael Silva-Nash’s family has been a part of Molly Maid® since 1996. His parents purchased a Molly Maid franchise, and Michael later joined their team. Once the Silva-Nash family identified a successful business model, they stuck with it. Today, their Arkansas Molly Maid franchise employs 70 people and continues to grow.

The Silva-Nash family has enjoyed the recurring revenue that franchise ownership provides, but they love the people they work with just as much. Michael often speaks to other Neighborly® brand owners, and they exchange information and share best practices. Michael is excited about the Molly Maid leadership team and looks forward to delivering more great experiences for customers.
